DIY at home, bah
Make your own Bisquick? Seriously? That's a kerfuffle I'm not creating.
For all the effort to make that myself, it's just as easy to make it from scratch. Why on earth would it be so cumbersome when I fix something to pull out 4 or 5 ingredients to make it. Good grief, I'm not making a mess twice. Once for the mix, then once again for the pancakes, or scones, or waffles. If I'm motivated enough to make my Bisquick from scratch, I'm certainly motivated enough to make my pancakes from scratch.
